Hypnotherapy creates a deeply relaxed state where your subconscious mind is more open to positive change. This work helps address patterns and beliefs that traditional talk therapy may not fully reach.

You deserve a space where your healing is honored and your growth is supported.
Cancellation Policy:
Therapy sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for each client. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, I am unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another client, a client on the waitlist, or a client with a clinical emergency. A full session fee will be charged for a missed or late cancelled appointment without giving 48 hours advance notice. Sessions can be cancelled ahead of time through the client portal and by emailing or texting.
