Sacred Threads
Because healing is woven together.
As women of color, we carry stories—threads of identity, family, resilience, grief, and becoming. Too often, those stories are held alone, or filtered through lenses that don’t honor their depth.
Sacred Threads is a 10-week process group designed to be a safe and affirming space where women of color can bring their stories, be witnessed, and discover connection. Together, we weave our experiences into something stronger, softer, and more whole than what we can hold by ourselves.
Why Join Sacred Threads?
-
To release the belief that you must hold everything alone
-
To connect with women of color who see and affirm your truth
-
To practice tools for grounding, rest, and embodied ease
-
To explore grief, resilience, joy, and identity in a supportive space
-
To remember that your story is sacred, and belongs
What to Expect
Each week follows a steady rhythm: grounding, check-in, open dialogue, and gentle closing. Within that flow, space is left open for the group’s wisdom and needs to guide us.
You’ll experience:
✨ Community dialogue where each voice matters
✨ Embodied practices to support nervous system regulation
✨ Space to explore themes of identity, belonging, loss, and renewal
✨ Integration—practices to carry beyond the circle

Our 10-Week Arc
Though every group unfolds differently, these anchors shape our journey:
Week 1: Opening & Agreements — consent, safety, and creating our container
Week 2: Capacity & Boundaries — noticing what “enough” feels like in body and spirit
Week 3: Belonging & Voice — being seen, heard, and held
Week 4: Rest & the Nervous System — moving gently from survival to steadiness
Week 5: Relationships & Repair — navigating needs, conflict, and connection
Week 6: Self-Trust & Decision-Making — listening inward, honoring wisdom
Week 7: Grief, Change & Renewal — tending what has been lost, naming what is becoming
Week 8: Joy & Play — allowing lightness, softness, and delight
Week 9: Integration — shaping practices that actually fit your life
Week 10: Closing & Continuity — ritual, celebration, and carrying threads forward
These themes offer structure, but we privilege what is most alive for the group over what is planned.

About Your Facilitator
I’m Stephanie, founder of Onyx Perspective. My practice centers professionals and women of color navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, and transitions. I bring a non-pathologizing, holistic approach that honors your fullness—not just your challenges.
I believe healing is never meant to be done in isolation. Like threads woven into fabric, our stories gain strength when they are held together. Sacred Threads is an invitation to bring your whole self and be part of something larger than yourself.
