In this group, we will notice, process, and learn.

Centering Yourself

We will deconstruct the meaning of "selfish" and begin shifting focus to You. Allowing you to find more sustainable and effective methods of replenishing your cup. We will also release insecurities, self-doubt, and anxiety. Furthermore we will explore, assess, and cultivate healthy boundaries.

Tapping Into Internal Wisdom

There is a wisdom within each of us. As a group, we will slow things down and recognize our own wisdom as well as the wisdom of those around us. This is an effective way to disrupt people pleasing and feeling sorry or responsible for others.

Knowing, Loving, and Finding Comfort in the Soma (Body)

We will disrupt the negative messages and narratives about our bodies that have been internalized. Create new messages; develop new stories. Experience safety and love within. We will also explore how to notice our Soma as we deepen our connection with our body and breath.
